COTTON SPRAY OIL COT X - 40 (COTTON MIXING OIL)

This product is an essential spray lubrication product for Spread over textile Raw materials like cotton products originated for getting better result in Textile field.

Appearance: Grey brownish liquid
Ph: 7.0
Dissolving Method: Dilute with water.

Benefits:

It never causes lapping whilst spinning.
Apart from lubrication COT X - 40 provides excellent protection to different Types of Cotton and their blends.
Easily poured and easy to ceramic lubricity and promotes outstanding cotton cohesion.

Application:
COT X- 40 oil is recommended to be used during the course of Action blow room cotton operation.

Dosage Level:

1000 kg Cotton: 500 ml To 1kg oil
Water: 18 Litres

It can sprayed directly in to the layers of cotton in the Blow room stack making. Cottons are to be kept at least for 16 hours prior to spinning. For better conditioning from top to bottom.

The life of the product is up to 5 years with the original condition.
